From North Dallas Area near the North Dallas Tollway and I-635: Travel South on the North Dallas Tollway through the last toll plaza. Stay to the left, which becomes Harry Hines Blvd. You will see a sign for Pearl St. which requires you to veer off to the left, then you will need to move over one lane to the right. Stay with Pearl St. to Cedar Springs and turn left onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.

From South Dallas on I-35E North/Hwy 67 North: From I-35E Northbound take exit I-75 North (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn left onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Then turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.

From South Dallas on I-45 North: From I-45 Northbound merge with I-75 North (Central Expwy) and take the I-35E exit (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn right onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Then turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.

From I-30: Traveling either east or west on I-30 take the I-35E North exit and then exit I-75 North (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn left onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Next turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
