Business Practice


Mr. Nissenbaum is the managing attorney and founding principal of the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, a law firm with offices in New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Texas. He has practiced continuously in the area of commercial litigation and transactions for nearly 30 years.  Mr. Nissenbaum has been awarded the highest professional peer review rating ("AV") by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory Rating Service.  

He manages all aspects of the firm, including representation of a variety of corporate entities and individuals in both transactional and litigation matters. As to litigation matters, Mr. Nissenbaum oversees actions in both the State and Federal Courts, as well as administrative agencies and regulatory boards. His experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents spans a wide variety of substantive areas, such as buy/sell transaction documents, financing agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, corporate resolutions, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, independent contractor agreements, employment manuals and agreements, severance agreements, commercial lease agreements, privacy policies, website disclaimers, intellectual property license and assignment agreements and purchase order terms and conditions. Mr. Nissenbaum also edits the firm’s twelve substantive legal blogs.
