Business Practice

Shannon Marsh, Esq. is a graduate of  Seton Hall Law School.  Prior to joining the Nissenbaum Law Group, her practice involved advising a federal regulatory body.  At the Nissenbaum Law Group, her practice includes commercial transactions involving such items as distributorship agreements; sale of business assets; employment matters; general contract negotiation and drafting.  She handles intellectual property matters such as copyrights and trademarks and entertainment law matters involving music and other forms of artistic expression.  Her practice also involves Internet law, such as addressing legal issues concerning website, domain registration and regulatory issues relating to the Internet.
