Business Practice

As of counsel to the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, Steven L. Procaccini, Esq., focuses his practice largely, though not exclusively, on the firm’s litigation practice. He has extensive experience in Federal Court commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on intellectual property litigation. Mr. Procaccini has advocated for his clients in both New Jersey and New York. He has experience in counseling clients in patents, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition, with an emphasis on management and development of intellectual property portfolios through litigation, transactions and licensing. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Procaccini was a chemical engineer. He is affiliated with the John C. Lifland Inn of Court (Barrister) and the New Jersey Intellectual Property Association.  He is also a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.
