During law school, he served as a Law Clerk for Lerner, Arnold & Winston, LLP in New York, New York. After graduation, Mr. Rifkin worked as an associate attorney at Womble Bond Dickinson, LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina where he handled legal representation involving mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, entity formations and restructurings.
