Gary D. Nissenbaum, Esq. is the managing attorney and founding principal of the Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC. He has practiced continuously in the area of business litigation and transactions for over thirty years. As a principal of Nissenbaum Law Group, LLC, Laura J. (Freedman) Magedoff, Esq. is the head of the firm’s transactional practice. She handles all aspects of representing business clients through the firm’s offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Her experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents spans a wide variety of substantive areas. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation in State and Federal Courts, including New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Florida and Texas. Mr. Procaccini also has experience handling arbitrations under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. He represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. Gunst, IV, Esq. oversees a team of attorneys and paralegals that handles ethics matters at virtually every stage of the process. Aaron J. Kesselman, Esq. is a 2018 alumnus of Vermont Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and earned excellence awards in a number of commercial law courses.
